Optimal send time

Choosing the right moment to send your newsletter used to be guesswork. Now, Reloadify calculates the optimal send time for you. Based on historical performance data from your shop's previously sent newsletters, the system analyzes which hour of the day generates the best results. You pick the metric that matters most to you - opens, clicks, bounces, drops, or spam reports - and Reloadify does the rest.

Newsletter sending banner

Previously, once you sent a newsletter the only indication was a brief popup and a status label. After closing that popup there was no way to track the actual sending progress, leaving you wondering: "Is my newsletter actually being sent?" Now, every newsletter that is being sent or is scheduled shows a real-time progress banner in the newsletter overview, giving you full visibility into the delivery process. Once sending completes, the banner disappears automatically. Scheduled sends show the planned moment, and A/B tests display which phase is active - collecting test results or sending the winning variant.

Dynamic product feeds

The system follows a smart fallback chain for cross-sell: order history first, then cart contents, then your custom fallback. You set it up once, the system does the rest.
